Founded by Azure Stacy in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, LilFred began as a two-person consultancy helping regional businesses fix underperforming websites. Eleven years later we are a tight-knit team of eight designers and engineers, and our mission has not changed: build software that respects the people who use it and the people who pay for it.
