Client work delivered by LilFred is governed by a separate statement of work or master services agreement. In the absence of such an agreement, the terms of any accepted written proposal will apply. Deposits are typically non-refundable but may be applied to future work at our discretion.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 15 days of issue. Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.
